"OCOTILLO DUAL"- OPEN EDITION
This
typifies southwest art painted by a southwest artist. This is a very
popular reproduction for me. I've been printing this for many years
and there seems to be no slow down in it's popularity. Many winter
visitors only see the dry desert...no flowers...because of the time of year they
visit, but they often get to see the ocotillo in bloom. This plant is such a
beauty! It can remain leafless and looking almost dead until a little rain
comes along. Then the leaves pop out and the red-orange blooms open on the
tips of the stems and wave in the wind to all who pass by.
